The Tennessee Senate has signed a proclamation officially recognizing August 31st as International Overdose Awareness Day.

A billboard with the Proclamation will be on Clinton Highway at Walmart and Solway leaving Oak Ridge starting on August 24th, along with 15 of our other Naloxone and recovery billboards.
