26 Arrested in Monroe County on Drug Charges
MADISONVILLE (WATE) – The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says 26 people were arrested on drug charges.
These arrests are part of a 10-month operation.
Monroe County Sheriff Tommy Jones says this investigation is ongoing and will continue as often as necessary.
“I want all drug dealers to know that we are working very hard to find them and to charge them with the poison they pollute our streets with. This is not the last group that you will see brought to justice,” he said.
Sheriff Jones also says they have several more to pick up on indictments.
